Mutual Respect to Accomplish Goals

Teamwork

The most basic and fundamental human need we have is to know that we belong to something greater than ourselves.  Learning how to positively contribute to a team is a necessity to succeed academically, professionally, and personally.  Youth will learn the dynamics of what it means to be a part of a team through mutual accountability.  They will learn how to develop cohesive and trusting relationships.

Our greatest accomplishments in life are not achieved individually.  They are achieved by teams of individuals who believe in each other, have mutual respect for each other, and never give up on each other.
